PETER’S 1967 R50/2
Peter’s 1967 BMW R50/2 was purchased approximately 10 years ago after receiving a complete rebuild by the previous owner. Peter has accumulated approximately 200 miles on this beauty.
Barrington Motor Works has performed a Vintage II Service to this R50/2 in preparation for sale. This service includes fluid change to all drive line components, valve clearance adjustment, ignition component replacement, carburetors cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner and rebuilt with all new gaskets, a full tune up of both the ignition system and carburetors, various rubber bits and pieces, confirmation of function of all lights and signal equipment, and test ridden.

Cold starting Peter's R50/2.
After servicing Peter's R50/2 we had the difficult job of taking her out on a ride! She pasted the first test…starting, stopping, and shifting for a stroll through the parking lot.
